Waste stream management: Monitor and Manage Waste Streams

A structured “ Waste stream management ” supports the planning and documentation of appropriate waste disposal routes. The ZIMMERMANN Group assesses waste based on its properties and assigns it to appropriate treatment, recycling, or disposal facilities. In doing so, the Group takes into account applicable waste management regulations, the acceptance criteria of the respective facility, and the technically usable properties of the waste.

Assess Waste Streams on a Case-by-Case Basis

Each waste stream has its own specific requirements regarding classification, transportation, and further handling. We handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste, liquid and solid materials, as well as waste streams from Germany and neighboring European countries. Where necessary, we incorporate analytical data and other waste-related documentation into our assessment.

Based on this, we assess which treatment method is technically suitable and legally permissible. We take into account recycling options and the recovery of usable components, provided that the composition, quality, and plant requirements allow for it.

Our goal: appropriate and transparent disposal methods

Our “ Waste stream management ” service combines expert assessment with structured planning of waste disposal routes. The focus is on legally compliant classification, safe handling, and a cost-effective solution for each specific waste stream.

Depending on the characteristics of the waste, we evaluate, among other things, options for material recycling, the use of high-calorific-value components, the recovery of metals, and suitable treatment or disposal methods. The decision is based on the specific characteristics of the waste and the acceptance criteria of the respective facility.
