Technical equipment, test benches, a truck pit, lifting equipment, and a crane runway support the professional handling of a variety of workshop jobs.

As a DEKRA inspection center, this location also offers select vehicle inspections. We’ll determine in advance which services and inspections are available for your vehicle based on its make, model, and technical condition.

Services Offered by Our Master Workshop

• Maintenance, Inspection, Servicing, and Repair:
  Work on commercial vehicles, trailers, and select construction equipment following a technical inspection and prior agreement.
• Fault Diagnosis:
  Electronic diagnostics using TEXA and WABCO systems, depending on the vehicle and the available interfaces.
• Tire Service:
  Installation, repair, and service for tires on passenger cars, trucks, and construction and agricultural machinery.
• Brake Inspection:
  Inspection of the brake system on a brake test stand, as well as additional road tests, if necessary.
• Work in the truck pit:
  Visual inspections, maintenance, and repair work on easily accessible vehicle areas.
• Superstructures and Hydraulic Systems:
  Repair, installation, and modification of selected superstructures and hydraulic components.
• Lifting Equipment and Crane Track:
  Car/van lift and crane track for suitable lifting, assembly, and modification work.

• Accident Damage Repair:
  Repair of accident damage is included in the scope of services offered.
• Headlight Inspection:
  Inspection and adjustment of vehicle lighting using appropriate testing equipment.
• Manufacture of vehicle components:
  Assembly of flatbeds, dump trucks, and cranes in accordance with technical specifications and agreements.
• Windshield Repair and Welding:
  Windshield repair and welding of aluminum and stainless steel within the technically suitable range of applications.
• Skip and Container Repair:
  Repair and inspection of skips and containers following a condition assessment.
• Air Conditioning Service:
  Service work on air conditioning systems using R134a and R1234yf refrigerants.

Vehicle Inspections at the DEKRA Inspection Center

Depending on the type of vehicle and the item being tested, the facility offers the following services, among others:

• Annual vehicle inspection (HU), including an emissions test (AU), to the extent required by law
• Safety Inspection (SP)
• Inspection of Tachographs
• UVV inspections of vehicles in accordance with DGUV Regulation 70, Section 57, where applicable
• ADR renewals and selected container and tank inspections, subject to prior approval

Note: The scope of the inspection, scheduling availability, and responsibility depend on the vehicle, its body type, and the applicable regulations. Please coordinate the desired inspection with the workshop team in advance.
