At its Goch facility, the company treats suitable contaminated individual solvents and solvent mixtures from industrial processes. Depending on the composition, contamination, technical capabilities, and legal requirements, recoverable components can be recovered through distillation, rectification, and other treatment steps.

If the treated products meet the applicable quality and product specifications, they can be reused for industrial applications. Whether a material stream is suitable for treatment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

RCN Chemie operates 14 distillation and rectification units. Depending on acceptance conditions, permits, and technical suitability, the range of services includes, among other things, the processing of the following material streams:

• halogenated and halogen-free solvents
• Refrigerants, including CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs
• Selected Automotive Fluids
• solvent-based residues containing clay or aluminum oxide

The operation of the facilities is subject to comprehensive legal and regulatory safety requirements. RCN Chemie implements measures to ensure facility safety and prevent accidents.
