My name is Seraphina Mesa Sanchez. I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in 2021. During this time, I was able to work in various departments and gain valuable insights into different areas. I successfully completed my apprenticeship in June 2024 and finally decided to join the HR department, as I am particularly enthusiastic about working with and for people.
Since then, I have been working as a trainee in HR and in August I also started a business administration course specializing in HR management to further deepen my knowledge and skills. My tasks include organizing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, looking after interns, corresponding with HR service providers, time management and coordinating and preparing employee events.
What I particularly appreciate about my work at ZIMMERMANN is that I get to take on tasks related to recruiting, supporting and managing employees on a daily basis. This versatility ensures that it never gets boring and that I learn something new every day. I also like the collegial and informal atmosphere in the team. The relaxed working environment, the fun at work, the team spirit and the mutual trust make ZIMMERMANN a special employer for me.
